Subaru of America recently built their 4 millionth Subaru in the Indiana factory. They called that first car Job 1. I'm proud to be a part of such a great company that has achieved such an amazing accomplishment. I wonder if they knew when this plant was built it would be such a huge success. It never ceases to amaze me what a group of people can do when they focus and work together.
I was recently promoted to the Internet Sales Manager position here at Larry H Miller Subaru. It's a great opportunity with a fantastic company. I have a vision to create a world class online car research and purchasing experience. Nearly everyone starts the car buying process on the internet. It has revolutionized the auto industry. Ensuring that our internet customers have access to the best resources available on the internet is my Job 1.
I don't know if we will ever duplicate the incredible success of our Indiana plant. But we have a big vision, a plan, and we are going to work hard at it one day at a time.
